For the first time, the original Society of Seven now based in Las Vegas and soon to open at the Stratosphere%26#39;s Theatre in LV in late May 2009 and the spinoff group, Society of Seven, LV, now performing at the Waikiki Outrigger Main Showroom will come together and share the stage, marking the first time both acts will co-star.
Band leader Tony Ruivivar and co-founder Bert Sagum, the only two originals remaining in the ';classic'; group, will celebrate 40 years in the business, starting whey back when they came to Honolulu with a group called ';The Fabulous Echo%26#39;s'; that performed at Duke Kahanamoku%26#39;s in the International Market Place.
