I heard that it is possible to bike down the volcano and stop half way to do some ziplining. Does anyone know of a bike company that allows you to bike down at your leisure and stop to do something like that? What about a zipline company. Can anyone reccomend one for me?
Ziplining and Biking
I don%26#39;t know about the ';ride at your own'; biking, but we did the Haleakala zipline and it is about 1/2 way down ( a small group of buildings on your right as you zoom down!) right next to an ATV ride. We loved it and it is less expensive than the Kaanapali ones...but also a few zips shorter. Plug in ziplines in the box up top and you will find lots of info. Same for bike rides.
