I just found out that there will be a parking fee at the hotel that i will be staying at (Hilton Hawaiian Village)and it%26#39;s $24 per day for self park! Wasn%26#39;t aware of the parking fee until after i booked the flight+Hotel+car. We will be at the hotel for 5 days,if anyone know of another cheap alternative, please help. Thank you.

I know when researching packages for our upcoming trip on sites like Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz et al. that if the hotel normally charges for parking that it was NOT included in the package price. Same for resort fees, internet charges and any other fees not part of the normal room rate.

We recently stayed at HHV. I was shocked about the $24 fee also, but did know in advance. I was even more shocked when my husband wanted to pay the additional $5 for valet (more with tipping). I didn%26#39;t use it obviously, but the only cheaper parking I found through using this site was at the Hale Koa, which is next door. Depending on where you%26#39;re staying at HHV, it can be a little bit of a walk. The Hale Koa is a hotel for military personnel, but does have general parking. According to their site, there is a 3 day pass you can purchase for $16 per day.
