Re-routing from Mexico...

Hey everyone!

My girlfriends (3 of us all 24 years old) and I planned a 2-week trip to Cancun, Mexico from May 16-May 30, and because of the hysteria surrounding the flu, we%26#39;re most likely going to decide to re-route to somewhere else if the airline extends its travel advisory. Hawaii became an option when we realized that most of the other Caribbean destinations (which are not in Mexico) would restrict us to the resort.

We%26#39;re really interested in some activities during the day and the nightlife (particularly discos/clubs). We briefly looked at one of the Outrigger hotels as an option because it%26#39;s on the beach. Since we%26#39;re going from an all-inclusive resort to a hotel, it%26#39;s a bit of a change and I feel a bit lost, for now we have to plan everything instead of going with the flow haha. So, if anyone has advice on where to go, and what to see, it would be very greatly appreciated!!

Hi Partiegirl, I just came back from Hawaii and had a blast. Make sure you to to Honolulu and not the other islands. The night life is great, the clubs are open till 4am on weekdays and weekends and you can find many bars %26amp; clubs that have happy hr in the evening and serve drinks for $1-2/drink, depending on the day. That price is crazy. The bars are great as well. Make sure you go to Level 4 nite club on Sat nite and take advantage of happy hr, usually from 3-7 %26amp; in the evenings at the bars %26amp; restaurants. Also check out Rum Fire Lounge in the Sheraton on a weekend for pre-drinks. Have fun and party lots b/c the nite life is great down there.

Crazy is right. For nightlife and clubs, Honolulu is the ONLY option. You%26#39;ll be able to find other activities on O`ahu, too.
