Kauai Lagoons

Quick question for anyone.

Are they still re doing the Kauai Lagoons golf course.

We used to play it as part of the Kauai Challenge, but last year they had it torn up to replace a few holes.

Does anyone know if it is completed yet.

I know I can call when I arrive, just the curiosity bug biting me..........plus you guys are more fun to talk to.

from what I understand, what was 36 holes is now 18. The earthwork they were doing is pretty much complete, but they%26#39;ve not put the golf course back as it was. The buildings out there are on hold due to lack of sales.

Rich -- Have you played at Puakea in Lihue? We really like that course and is priced well below Poipu Bay and Princeville.

Yes we have played Puakea since it was a ten hole course and have always loved it.

We used to go for three weeks and play six or seven times, but with just two weeks we only get about four rounds in, so not sure we%26#39;ll get to it this year
